I expect the main problem here is the manner in which DSAce monitors real-time memory, which could mimic the activities of keyloggers or malware which actively checks to make sure it has been noticed. While DSAce would be doing nothing malicious, it could easily look like a nasty in the eyes of security programs. As long as it isn't watching the memory space of system processes or unrelated software then I'm good with it.
