Freakin’ arsenic in a cinnamon bun, I don’t even know where to begin with this Machiavellian trash.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, so when you’ve got a thousand incriminating pictures, ya’ kinda’ have to get selective or nobody’s gonna’ read your reports anymore – nobody wants suffocate themselves swallowing a million word dissertation on the subject of the unknown. We’re not philosophers here, people – Plato can platonically stick his perfectly formed marble head up his multi-millennial ass. We deal in facts, and when facts are missing that means somebody, somewhere, made a bargain not worth the price of laminating the discount sticker with. So, that’s when you start getting selective with the gun camera – flip the finger off the trigger guard and start eyeballing. Get yer’ neurones conferencing; take all straw and Eartha Kitt the cosmos throws at you and building a bloody house out of it. Short answer; we’ve run eyeballs first into a Contingency with an upper case Cee. But I’ll stop blabbering and let the showreel do my work for me, before I hit the billion word mark and we’re all in our hundred-and-nineties.

Shazam.

I ripped this slice of prime, rump steak outta’ Kirishiki’s black box, consensually, of course. Bless her sainted heart, she’s a nifty lil’ photojournalist when you give her a chase drone. What you are seeing here is a pretty conclusive example of that fabulously retro invention of heterosexual pulp fiction – the Mexican standoff, complete with Latinesque speakers just impart that extra je ne sais quoi of authenticity. So, you’ve got yours beautifully clogging up the centre-left backdrop just skirting the periphery of visual range, just to get ya’ squinting. You’ve got a vitriolic bastard of a Bloodrose on the foreground right, and the rest of the contacts were flying those unearthly conical pyramids that gave off as much of a radar ping as a micrometeorite might.

Okay, strange times, strange guys- yeah yeah, I hear ya’ – It’s Nagano, it’s Samura’s drinks cabinet; there’s going to be some funky goyles creeping around that neck of the woods… except cooperate security don’t fly around space superiority fighters flaring out power signatures like a Valor with a core overload, coated in alloys that’d give a materials scientist a heart attack but damn, would he die fulfilled. Upon interrogation the pilots remained professionally incommunicado about both who they were, what they were doing in Kusari and why they happened to be skulking right next to the jump connection to a certain inconspicuous chunk of stellar nothingness in the Crow Nebula that the Blood Dragon’s wouldn’t want to become common drinking news. Yeah.

The men didn’t cooperate – they weren’t in the mood for communication on even the basest levels, such as, uh, I dunno’ – Identifying who the hell they were and speaking when spoken to, other than some particularly barbed diatribes aimed signora Bloodrose over there. Their professionalism was unsettling – they carried the suave grace and firepower of agent provocateurs – real straight laced, water-drinking, nose-breathing black jackbooted black-ops types. Compare with the Kempetai, and slice the racism out. They carried Libertonian accents and their ships contained passable resemblances to some of the more tactically inclined Libertonian navy designs, but with the amount of fuel that combusted when we shot away their cores out from under their assplates, we’re looking at ships designed for combat at excesses of range, maybe entire systems away from their carrier or depot. It was only predictable when they opened fire on us – the ultimate testament to their none-cooperation. When the fight, which was furious, went against the interests of the aggressors, Bogey One played the martyrdom game and tried to cover the escape of his comrade – much appreciated, dead guy, but that’s a job for the Goddess to judge. Neither clung onto this mortal coil enough for the reinforcements we’d requested from Ainu to assist – the whole scrape lasted under five minutes and still we are none the wiser.
These guys, the Order. Whoever they are and whatever agenda they are pursuing, they can be regarded as a credible threat to the Revolution – no hesitation about it at all. Publicly available neuralnet data alone is fairly sufficient to make that assessment golden, barring all the junk on for-profit and publically funded news agencies. The short synopsis of this three penny opera is that they’re in the government toppling business, but suffer from a dangerous lack of focus alloyed to an ample quantity of material wealth and finance.

As with any party who likes to play with gunship diplomacy, the apt response is to respond in kind until further notice.

I'm dissatisfied, sisters.

...Don't you think we can do better?

How many miles to Babylon?
Three score and ten.
Can I get there by candle-light?
Yes, and back again.
If your heels are nimble and light,
You may get there by candle-light.
Three score and ten.
Three score and ten.

I'll send a communique once I get to Malta. Our warriors have gone to war with cardboard swords, and the Goddess will punish the armorer.

You won't ever have to force me to mint money out of our sisters' death blood again, my bretherin. Just talking to these dogs disgusts me, I've tried to veil my shame, but It's beyond me.

I'm mired in rage.

I'll be back when I'm back.

Stay safe.

Report from: Ran Takahashi
Location: Ainu Depot, Hokkaido

"During my travels, I encountered a Samura supermax cargo ship, Ryujin, in Nagano. I suppose being an obedient little puppy trading between established nodes was not enough thrill for this dog. His engines were easy pickings to shoot, and to my luck I had even stopped him in a nebula... During interrogation, he kept spouting some weird nonsense and barely being cooperative, to which I'd loved to have blown up some of his ship's modules to dust, but unfortunately he had a relatively safe escape route and my weapons were rather.. weak, at the time."

"As my patience grew thin, he mentioned that he was supplying a base.. 'Shijire'. I got the co-ordinates from him and decided to let him go for exposing such potentially valuable intel.. Well, somewhat. Let's just say their maintenance team will have a -lot- of work to do."

"After some time I decided to investigate if this claim was true, and indeed it was! However, it did have a 'different' name written on the hull of the base, which that Samura transport pilot will pay heavily for.. Sisters, I have no idea if this base is common knowledge or not, but it might be valuable to have it known to us in detail. The station itself is orbiting a planet on a vertical axis, covered by a small asteroid field. Amongst the field are hidden many weapons platforms, I've managed to detect six of them, but there may be more. This station seems to be very developed and heavily guarded, so it seems as a very important asset of Samura."

"Sisters, 'Shiojiri Storage Depot' is currently located above a planet in Nagano, the center of the C4 square."

Below are the enclosed logs of the encounter as well as captured footage of the station.

To: M.M., N.A.D.
Subject: Operation Hou-oo, report #1

Two weeks ago I've recived the report about desirable conditions of the fututre Battleships Matsuda location from our technical corps. If we want to keep it operational for the long time after the repair we need one of two:

1) Permanent dock location which has to be close to our main operational lines and save at the same time.
2) Planetary orbit it still has to be close to our operational lines and as save as possible.

Both conditions are rather difficult to fulfill, but the whole operation seems to be very adversarial. I'm working mainly with the second variant. We simply have no time and resources to embody the first one. At the same time Sirius itself provide us some planetes to use. It doesent mean that it will be easy, but we have a high chance success. The first thing we have to avoid this adventurism and rash acts. Our political wing including both of you did a lot to provide us with necessary repair materials. Soon the time will come for combatants and agents.

Planet Niiza
First what come to mind just because we seeing it every day. And everything seems good, it is close to our supply lines, still close to our operational lines, moving the Matsuda there will be quite easy and will not take much time. And this location would be very good if only it would not so terrible. First of all if we want to follow the main operation objectioves which is hide Matsuda as long as possible in the end, the only way we could do it is the keep the battleship on the dark side of the planet. It means that engines will work all the time. It will disable them fast also we cannot provide so much fuel to maintain the permanent engines work.

Even if we will manage to maintain engine work in this state for the long time we still can not be sure that location of Matsuda will remains in secret. We have information about the patrols of the local powers in region, they reaching Niiza time to time. It means the disclosure of the location will be only only a matter of time. The risks are too high and unjustified. Niiza is the last planet I would recommend for relocation.

Donryu Cloud, Hiran and Hades
Donryu Cloud is well known by our sisters from logistic departments, one of our main logistics routes It passes through the cloud. As you know Donryu is the specific cloud, only a part of the Edge Nebula located in Sigma-19 system. Well known that Donryu contains a large amount of gas resources, our data only confirms this. However GMG currently do not conducts any mining operations in this area. We do not observe any attempts to conduct them and we did not recived any information about the plans of that kind.

The only reason is the Maltese forces in the area. They have some very good reasons in provide the security of this cloud. First of all it is one of the main gates to Maltese Homeworld, the security of this cloud is the terms of the National security. The second reason is still relative to it's location and the 'gate' status. The extreme importance of the Donryu for the Maltese associated with the Orange Dream route which is leads to both Rheinland and Kusari. This is perhaps one of the safest places in the whole Kusarian, Sigmas and Taus space for us.

This cloud is very poorly researched. GMG had no time, capabilities and desire for it. Donryu for the Maltese was also out of scientific interest which was focus at military and Orange Dream properties. It is good and bad for us at the same time. The positive side of it is we have such poorly known place right at the Kusarian border and closeness to Malta which will play the main role in providind the supply to Matsuda. We will be able to provide it our own, but for the number of reasons I would not recommend to move the supply from Kusari in the security terms. The negative side of it that two planets that we interested in this cloud are unresearched even more even such basic things as the gravitational interaction.

It means that we will provide more work to our research departments. This location is close to ideal, but maybe only beause we don't know much about it, Our pilots detected the increased radiation background. We have no full technical documentation of the "Tokugawa"-class Battleships and their adaptation to radiation. There is also large colonies of alien organisms on the asteroinds and in the cloud itself. We have no idea how the long contact with it will this affect on the armor and engines. This is the tasks that I would ask you to charge our scientific department with in the near future.

Planet Elysium
This planet is located in Omicron Beta it seems to be former gas giant, Elysium itself is only core of it. Omicron Beta is even more secure than Donryu, but it's too far away from Kusari and out main operational lines. We simply will not able react that fast enough in the case of any emergency situations.

But I still would recommend to research the Omicron Beta with the secondary priority. If the Matsuda will be spot in Sigma-19 the only way to retreat and the most lickely place of the reserve location will be planet Elysium, but again, this case is not as appropriate as Hiran and Hades.

"Today we deliviered the last shipment of engine components to the Matsuda." The screen starts to flicker and a list appears on the screen:

Quote:- 10.200 Quantum Multiplexors - Liberty Space - 9300 Units Shipped Shipments from Liberty
- 12.500 Nuclear Devices - UNACESSABLE
- 19.700 Optical Chips - Under Discussion
- 24.300 Optronics - Under Discussion
- 29.000 Engine Components - Under Discussion - 29610 Units Shipped Shipments from the Sisterhood - COMPLETE
- 30.100 Industrial Materials - Rheinland Space - 7626 Units Shipped Shipments from Rheinland - 25260 Units Shipped Shipments from the Sisterhood - COMPLETE

"Everything went as expected and we are now one step closer to moving the Battleship to a different location, sisters. Aside from that there were no noteworthy GMG activities in Okinawa nor Honshu. I assume they are still busy collectiing the scrap pieces of their beloved money-hungry station to resell what's left to squeeze the most credits as possible out of its corpse. Maybe they are hiding somewhere deep in the Sigmas and are still having their 'discussion'." Munen clicks her tongue derogatorily.

"Who knows, who cares."

To the Sisterhood of Dreams,

I was brought up from my sleep as a result of a bit of an emergy. Sister Jun-yume contacted me and told me about Lane Hackers awaiting an escort for the Matsuda. As she couldn't reach the higher ups, I took the situation in hand.

Sister Ran-yume and Jun-yume departed from Hokkaido, making our way to Galileo. Apart from a Freelancer stalking us, nothing of note really happened, as splitting up was enough to confuse the Freelancer. Once in Galileo, we met with Hunters-sensei and what I assume is one of her flagships. I didn't really ask.

We then proceeded with the escort. All details relevant to it are in the following logs.

Despite the slight hiccup with the IMG convoy and the BHG escorts, we were able to secure Hunters-sensei and her vessel to the Matsuda as was expected of us, securing the interests of both of our groups.

We hope that this outcome satisfies you.

Signing out,
Ryougi Tohno.

Report from: Ainu Depot, Hokkaido

"Sisters, I might have found a potential ally to our cause. I'm not exactly sure if this person is very trustworthy yet, but he has atoned for his actions the other day by donating to our Sisterhood. The person in question is a Freelancer that is piloting a freighter named 'SirLagsalot', who has expressed interest in supporting our cause, from what I gather, using military power. I have pointed the Freelancer to our Hatsuyume, but I am not exactly sure if he will seek us out on his own initiative. Regardless, if he does, I believe checking his loyalty before exposing anything serious would be in order, as he was supposedly a 'professional information gatherer'... or something among those lines. "

"The scenario in which we met was quite interesting, however. The Freelancer kept asking weird questions to a Blood Dragon fighter that I've just met, calling the Dragon "purple-eyes", "blue-eyes", accusing him or her of knowing where the freelancer's missing person is. Claimed that the Dragon fighter was apparently frequenting Heaven's Gate and the Arch and was part of some "Aoi" wing. He backed this up by saying that it was his scanning equipment, that was brought from the Omnicron systems, showed him so. "

"The Dragon fighter claimed having done no such thing, and I'd rather believe an ally's words than that ridiculous story. Regardless, this fighter, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, seems quite interested in our Sisterhood, so there might be some developments to be had."

"It should be noted that the pilot of 'SirLagsalot' is a potential supporter to our cause, but treat this with suspicion as we do not really know the motivations behind it."

"During one of my patrols through the Mintaka Hydrogen Field in Okinawa, trying to interrupt the Helium-3 mining operations in that area, I encountered a vessel belonging to the Ryukyu Guild. As our informations on them are still limited I sought the captain of this filled transport near Shuri Base to engage each other's minds in a conversation.

He was clearly just as his friends from the Gas Miners Guild more interested in mere profit than in a higher cause. Although... he mentioned the 'corruption' of said friends... I wonder what that was about. There might be tensions, which might turn out advantageous for our movement.

Regretfully I couldn't find out any details as he decided break up the conversation to deliver his precious credits-earning gas to an unknown location after he sensed I wasn't a direct threat at that very moment. I followed him, but lost him near Planet Miura.

Something which wont be easily erased from my mind."

Report from: Ainu Depot, Hokkaido

"Sisters, I went on a lone patrol yestarday after to Rishiri and then into Nagano stalking a Samura transport. I knew what had to be done, it was done."

"Soon as I got to Nagano it was there, this Samura, calling it to stop and not move didn't work, it decided to try and fire upon my Nodachi Bomber which was a bad choice for him, I returned fire and moments later the Samura exploded and I heard the screams and cry of the pilot."

"The proof will be uploaded in a moment just for the count."

"Our initial attack on Narita Trade Center failed...

While the combine consisting out of our own vessels, aid from Planet Malta and the Blood Dragons could hold back the local defenses, another enemy appeared out of nowwhere.

The Order Overwatch and their allies bonding with Hogosha dogs and other entities who seek to destroy Kusari from within.

After being weakened by the Kusari Naval Forces and the cowardly retreat of the Blood Dragons when the fight with The Order broke loose we weren't able to withstand their forces.

While this was indeed a sad day for The Sisterhood and -once again- raised a multitude of questions about our brothers in arms from Chugoku it will not be the last blossom fallen regarding Samura and their sickening expansion.

We will learn, improve and strike again, sisters..."
