Yes, I see ppl here just post their own factions or factions which they just joined. This is lame, but humans is biased and rotten to the roots, so nothing new.

I'm talking from experience, as some of the best RP encounters I had were in fact with khara.

None... There are factions with awesome and high quality RP but still. Depends on players, three might have high quality RP others low quality. I am not saying which faction or so... Depends also if player prefers RP or PvP

Truly though in the end its not the faction that makes the best rp but the individual in the faction that represents it
