How do you know Kyushu Rice have it's name because it's made on Kyushu and not because it's made out of Kyushu? Or for Kyushu?

Actually it would make more sense to suplly with Kyushu rice Corsair bases instead of Outcasts, there are relations between Samura, Hogosha, FA and Corsairs so rice can be provided in large ammounts.

Just to clarify, you can supply any base with any food commodity. It's just only certain foods are locally available in each region. You could certainly feed Corsair bases with rice, but it'd be extremely time consuming and expensive to do so because they're balanced as an importer of that commodity and not a producer.

Was the dev team planning on ever releasing notes as to the changes? Given that this is worthless now

or will a new one be made? or are all these missing supply points bugs that need to be reported?

This of course could be solved with a little transparency beyond "hey guys things are changing, go ahead and figure it out yourselves"

If anything, then crew on Outcast bases would have to consume usual food, oxygen and water and also cardamine. But you can´t replace food with cardamine. I doubt Outcasts don´t have to eat and can just sniff cardi instead of that.

I've found why.
The patch contains an outdated build of dsacesrv.dll, and it's also most likely a plugin v3.0.0 version. You need to grab the dsacesrv.dll from the v90 legacy package I made for XP hosts and replace the current dll with this one.
