For the Exile part. I have no idea how are they considered lawfully wise so I added them to the line next to Farmers.

About adding Rishiri to the ZOI line, it doesn't seem right that Samura doesn't have influence in the system where in RP lies the only base in the system, Misaki Station. As for the ''La Charite Space Port'', now I don't consider that base a base since inRP there is no explanation for it's introduction in Rishiri. It was just ninjaed in over night without anyone knowing.

As for ''can demand contraband'' line, it is my opinion that Nagano as completely Samura system with little Kusari house support has to pretty much fend for it self. That's why I added thhis lines. Unwanted ships such as indy miners stealing ores or Bretonian ships freely entering Samura owned system with Samura not being able to do a thing against them or anyone else who shouldn't be there.

It's my understanding that Kusari influence is supposed to be extremely limited Nagano but law enforcement by Samura up there simply is not possible under the current Samura ID.
I also think Samura should have free reign to pirate competitors in systems they own entirely, such as Nagano, as this would practically be no different than pirating out of house space.

Particularly with this (awesome) new Tomioka subsystem and battleground, I feel it's necessary that Samura's ID allows them to actually take proper control of the situation, as the whole lore background suggests the Republic would not be doing much except that help coming from Battleship Matsumoto to support them.

Kishiro has a 3.0 platinum multiplier, and Nagano is the sole source of the ore, which is connected to Kusari by Rishiri. It would thus seem appropriate to add these systems to the ID's ZoI.

The Order is an organisation which has its roots in Liberty. Founded to counter the threat posed by subversion of human bodies by the aliens known as ""Nomads"", the Order operates Siriuswide to counteract Nomad activity. They are considered a terrorist faction by all major Houses however, and are in conflict with the Core. Their allies include the Bundschuh and the Blood Dragons.

After deleting all of the yellow text listed here I believe the ID should be ready for use. ZOI is fine since Core only has bases in the Omicrons and for situations where they might need to go and shoot at wild in other houses they have a line specifying they can do so anywhere. The attack quasi/unlawfuls thing is silly because it's basically attack ANYTHING in zoi. If someone is breaking laws in their space or has broken them that isn't part of a group that is specifically hostile they can be fined. Core also doesn't really do bounties anymore so they dont need that line.

- Recently we've been having a lookover of our entire ID and we've been pondering on what changes we can make that will be able to expand ourselves enough to entice possible new players into the folds of our insane commune. We're willing to discuss anything that may be required by the admins in order to get the ID changes proposed.

- The justification for the proposed combat and bounty related lines is several-fold. Firstly, in respect to our long-standing relationships with factions like the SCRA, CR and the Council. Having combat lines will allow us to further grow these relationships, along with furthering relationships with factions that share mutual enemies.

- Secondly, the proposed combat and bounty lines will be a step to help disperse the stagnancy, lack of action and lack of interest from prospective new faction recruits that has been plaguing the TAZ for quite some time. By broadening our scope of allowed actions, we can reassert our presence, both in-game and inRP, in the regions that we either reside or operate in with allies. Therefore we'd like to be able to expand upon that as well with the changes going on in the Taus, Upper and Northern Bretonia and Liberty.

- The Order-specific and Gallia-specific lines are in respect of the 'at war' level of hostilities that are mutually maintained with the respective factions, and allows for us to ally with factions that we might not deal with regularly.

- The scrubbies is in fact part of actual TAZ lore and is supported with the very low drop areas in Baffin. I'd like to keep the current drop rate as it is (1-5 units) while having a modest modifier of 2 or 3 in order for us to fullfill TAZ lore while at the same time keeping balance to the current trade areas in which would/could be affected by our ability to mine and sell such.

Nomad ID

The Nomads are sentient biological machines left over from a highly advanced alien race known as the ""Daam K'vosh"". The Daam K'vosh had intended to let the Nomads develop and colonise Sirius, but the human arrival disrupted this. The humans have taken many secrets which were left behind for the Nomads: Trade lanes, Jump gates, Cruise engines, Cardamine longevity. The Nomads can subvert humans by infesting their bodies.

I tweaked the line that was in the google doc. I don't think any ID should be allowed to engage without RP. It's bad for gamplay and roleplay. Not only did we have K'Hara abusing the crap out of their engagement privlleges by silently uncloaking and blowing up transports, but also last year a certain individual was using his Nomad indie Bomber to disrupt roleplay at Freeport 11 via uncloaking and double nova-ing ships present, and then using the rules to his advantage to ask ships - that just wanted to be there to RP - to leave the system as they were PvP dead.

Omegas were added to Nomad ZoI last year but the changes were undone in the rollback I believe? It might still be on the current ID as the one I've posted is from an old thread made by Dimon, however in a new ID it should definitely be there. I removed Sigma-19 and Sigma-13 as that feels a bit too far for Nomads and is generally untouched by their presence. If they wish to go to Alpha they can head there via Iota > 99 > 90 anyway. I don't really know if it makes much sense right now for Nomads to be in Alaska either, as the system is about 3 or 4 systems away from the Omicrons (RIP Alaska > Minor connection).
