RE: Do Wild factions not want new players? - Emperor Tekagi - 09-01-2016 (09-01-2016, 06:48 PM)Foxglove Wrote: Someone once mentioned the idea of creating parallel IDs to already existing ones with Noms/Wild hacked green to allow such roleplay where you're, say, LSF ID'd, IFF'd but are green and dockable with Nomads. What about this idea? Rather a command which changes rephacks for Wild ID users. But this is truly an idea people should reconsider until it gets done. What about this idea? This has been suggested so many times over time, though. It falls on deaf ears every single time. What about this idea? The fact that it keeps being repeated sort of indicates that it would be a good idea, though. What is your take on this, @Arioch? RE: Do Wild factions not want new players? - Arioch - 09-01-2016 I haven't seen any discussions about this recently, but I think it's a great idea. I'll bring it up to the others! RE: Do Wild factions not want new players? - Ramke - 09-01-2016 @"Arloch" http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=142626 http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=141787 and this one are the most recent topics about Wild issues, and there's a ton of them. RE: Do Wild factions not want new players? - Arioch - 09-01-2016 Thanks for the links - I'll make note of them as well. I created a discussion in the Admin section, so we'll see. RE: Do Wild factions not want new players? - HuggieSunrise - 09-01-2016 ...A morph wilde? an infectee id that's set up to be defensive in nature in a single ship? that is as rp purist as possible? or a public wilde id that gives them wilde tech slots and a omicron zoi. One of these isn't a mistake. may i remind you the original poster seems to have a problem with rping and developing a character and wants to get straight to the GOOD STUFF LIKE PEWIN. seeing how indie nomads have brought us such success in the omicrons for activity and the like a wilde equivalent would be a waste of time and maybe put this in your admin section. to remove the INDIE NOMAD ID BECAUSE OF SAID USELESSNESS. start poking at faction recruitment or policies and taking that stuff out of factions hands you might as well have the server running all of them. autonomy is the only real thing factions have here. wilde is exclusive there's reasons. if you dont think thats good enough then maybe you don't value the faction at all and just want to do your own thing. Just dont force us to bend over an enima and have to tolerate you in our colon. RE: Do Wild factions not want new players? - Shelco - 09-01-2016 Uh, i have not a problem with creating a character in-fact i enjoy RP way more than PvP because i sick at pewing. |
