Rheinland is a close second, and Kusari a close third. I just can't put up with the faux german/japanese sometimes. But I can always play up my inner beer-swilling football hooligan punter.

Faux Japenese or not, Kusari has an all female terrorist group, lots of corrupt politicians to manipulate/stroggify, lots of meats to roflpwn with my superior RP skills, and did I mention the all-female terrorist group?
However, it has a lot of OoRP and powertraders, and gets marked down thusly.
Rhineland is second, as it's Angry Farmers are cuter then all others, Then Bretonia.
Liberty... well... it totally sucks.

Ok, seriously. From my point of view as an RM member...the pirates we have there are the best. I'm talking about the tagged factions not the indy Outcast destroyers, flocks of SCRA and Corsair lunchboxes that show up.
I mean, most every time we have a fight with the RHA or LWB, it always turns out well. No flames, nothing. Seems the good guys and bad guys get along under the surface well enough to make it FUN. That's what I really like.

Yup, never had a bad interaction with the RM on my RHA. Always fun, and always friendly. Rheinland is my second favourite place to be.
