Okay, in that case, since the Vagrants also only have one active Nammu, I switch the gunboat slots of Corsairs or UN| and Commune to VHFs.

That is mentioned in the OP, right above the table of the participants. However, before the event will be opened for indies, we will open up the slots between the factions. The Corsairs for example have more people that want to join than the Onions.
