As far as I can tell, the LWB is one of those factions that is rarely played because it is hard to do much with. Similarly to some other factions, it takes a dedicated leader who knows what they are doing and are committed to the long-term haul, coupled with a solid (leader-motivated) playerbase that is willing to fight the good fight and make it all work.
Like certain other factions, it will be hard to get traction with the LWB, but with the right people who are properly invested, it can happen. I don't know who is really behind this project, but if you can put in the effort, you can pull it off. I would like this to come to fruition and wish you all the best.
