Windows 10 is pretty good with a lot of older games, once you manage to get them installed that is. That is where the problem lies for most of them, but there are a lot of places that have work arounds -or- even brand new installers for some games.

Alrighte guys. The PC got fully fixed. I tried a few games and they work really good. I had no stuttering or lag on Payday 2, Red Faction: Armageddon, Crisys 2, and Dead Space 3, I also tried Far Cry 3 and 4. They all work incredibly fine on max settings. I am simply amazed.
Kudos to all you guys who helped me out in fixing up my PC!
And a special Kudos to @ "The Sovereign" and "Jade Fire" for teaching me the basic ropes of this Windows 10, and more helpful tips.
