There's about 10 hours of fun (not counting grinding and travel), and far too many bugs for fluid gameplay loop - you'll probably fall through an elevator or through the ground. Maybe even die from getting crushed by an elevator. Wait if you know what's good for you. Will it be good in the future? Maybe. Time will tell. Basically if you have to ask just keep waiting. I wont be able to convince you otherwise if it's a good time to pick up a game package and play.

I already have Star citizen as i have a Mining ship, A Aurora LN, And another ship that came with the Mining ship. Perhaps i'll join the IMG but i'm a bit absent as i check on the game for months at a time ( Looks fantastic by the way, but the fuel system sucks hardcore to my opinion)

Well, it's relatively stable atm.
Star Marine and Arena Commander are always fun to play,
and crewing a ship together to go hunt some player or NPC bounties is always fun.
It's just such a huge difference, to be in one ship together.
Not just duckttaped to a position, but free to move about inside the ship, being able to interact with each others.

Stability is hit and miss each patch. In one build it'll be fixed, the next they'll destroy performance thoroughly. Regardless, they really have finally gotten the content rolling recently. Let's just hope they can keep it up and deliver.
As for my stuff personally; I've got a Vanguard Warden, Freelancer DUR & Avenger Stalker. As well as every single pledge goal since the start of the project.

Hello once again, Citizens of the Stars! I would like to share that IMG opened it's discord server recently and I am aware some of us are not fond of Skype. So here it is: https://discord.gg/kDJVznC
And for game news, as some of you know, recently CitizenCon unveiled lots of cool things and some of them actually got in, like atmospheric weather effects, new planet generation tech and finally, Carrack is becoming flyable just a month later! Also, first version of Server-Side Object Container Streaming got implemented. What this means is, the game does not crash every 5 minutes anymore and got more and more stable over last months. However it is still buggy, most bugs have workarounds, it is "playable".
Oh, multicrew mining is a thing now too.
