To begin with, GMG claims Rheinland space, GMG had attacked the very leader of RM, and GMG has allies with caps.
Was way too comfortable in the past just sat in sigma-13, pirate 5kers who tried trade, rob their cargo and sell at destination, and now that (surprise) house that inRP was losing ships, lives and cash have an opportunity to strike back, is all about Shelco trying undo what he began, ppl saying no one want to play (while we been warned to stay outta sigma-13 w caps)
So thats it, bring your caps GMG allies, daily RNC raid on sigmas start this weekend.

But Delta is a hotspot, fueled by drama and numerous active factional conflicts (performed by factions with numbers).

Yes, I'm honestly interested into pewing GMG vessels on my [RM] tagged ships, but GMG isn't really interested into that war, and I understand that. If I were in a GMG faction, I wouldn't attack any RM vessel to get GMG into more and more problems.

The idea remains to be great. It was never going to keep with GMG vs RM which due to the lack of GMG's capital ships is really not the best option. But as said by others in this thread, people tend to complain when new ideas come up which can benefit an entire sector including two houses because they enjoy the ongoing conflicts more (which are btw very boring after so many years if you ask me. But I forgot that a lot of people apparently only care about 3 systems). When an idea fails (I mean the entire Sigma idea now, not just the actually short skirmish between GMG and RM) then we can always stop it, make an outcome with not much effect on gameplay and move on. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try to get our fun and RP out of this.

I still wished the Admins would have handed out a couple of caps to the GMG factions for the purpose of this conflict, caps which would disappear later again or could be SRP'd.
EDIT: One of the two factions attempting to fully deny any recent Sigma RP is not really helping though and I couldn't blame the staff for not even considering this.

Well. This war would have been more interesting if it was KNF vs RM. both have equally good ships. Would have made for a great slaughter fest.
