Today a flotilla of Corsairs ships appeared from Omicron Gamma and besieged Plesetsk exactly as our intelligence reported thereon. SCEC "Bystrina" and "Sipukha" forces as well as SCRA rallied up to the defence. The representatives of RHA responded to our plea and also joined the battle. The battle was fierce and both sides have sustained extensive damage. Coalition and Hessian vessels were towed for repairs by Kamchatka emergency systems while Corsair fleet had to withdraw from the area. It is early to call it a victory, but we gained the tactical upperhand and clearance to resupply the station with the materials needed for repairing the defences. The intelligence advises to remain extremely cautions in the area since Corsairs are likely to continue scouting the base and patrolling the area.

2. Incident in New Moscow system

A few days ago a strange activity was reported to CPRV "Kardahsev" via long-range quantum communicators. A hostile base appeared out of nowhere right next to Mykolaiv Research Facility and deployed a small fleet of one capital ship, a few gunboats and numerous fighters support with extremely potent and unknown to us equipment. Premiere Mehmet Selim rallied Coalition forces for the valiant defence in which we managed to fend off the trespassers and obtain samples of their equipment. Aside from the invaluable data, SCEC and SCRA managed to obtain a sample of human transplant bomb that was probably used by the invaders to avoid being captured and for suicide attacks. The motifs of the invaders are still unknown.

The sample has been thoroughly studied (and this is the reason why it is being reported on with delay only now) and is believed to be capable of using for our own purposed like implanting it into undercover agents to avoid undesirable custody and tortures. We can also try to modify it to use in domestic animals for stealthy assassinations.

In this regard I have to commend all the forces taking part in the defence of the Motherland, especially noting the efforts of then Junior Lieutenant Alexander Stanislav who is to be promoted for his success and Militsiya pilot Stoyanov who salvaged the samples of the transplant mentioned. Should this pilot apply for SCRA service, SCEC encourages SCRA HC to accept his application as of a potent pilot.

3. Clash with AI in Omicron Kappa

Strange AI activity in Kappa was captured by reconnaissance beacons almost right after the siege of Plesetsk. A group of big AI nodes were besieging a Zoner Consensus base. SCEC dispatched "Bystrina" expedition forces of CPRV "Kardashev" with "Sipukha" assistance of CPW "Kronshtadt" and agent "Pulya". We are also assisted by SCRA forces of Miyako Chelomei and Ronan Neamru. On the spot we were met by two Order capital vessels, one "Osiris" class battleship CV "Sobek" and one "Geb" class battlecruiser CV "Ascona".

Our initial plan was to observe peacefully and study the AI behaviour: at any rate, the base was not fighting back and we doubted its was inhabitted. The AI tried to contact us, curious about our intentions and stating their lack of interest in us. The logs are to be accessed below.

The peaceful observing allowed us to gather valuable information about the battle patterns of the AI to complement our previous studies in this regard. We also traced a different pattern of intra-communication between the AI nodes which is different from the one picked up during our previous encounters with Gammu AI. Our suspicion was later on corroborated by a zoner who informed us that those particular nodes were of a different, more aggressive type of AI called "The Collective".

An unfortunate turn of events commenced when a Canaan capital vessel appeared and was engaged by the AI. Realising that those AI pose threat to peaceful zoners and to humanity overall, we could not but assist Order and zoner vessels against the AI. We lost the opportunity to initiate diplomatic relations with a non-human entity, which is sad for me as a scientist, but humanity comes first and we, the Coalition, stand on the defence of what is human. During the battle a few allied vessels were seriously damaged, but we managed to neutralise all the threats, effectively saving Consensus Multiplex for annihilation.

Local zoners, grateful for our assistance, kindly agreed to share their data on the Gammu AI which will be beneficial for SCEC AI project.

The battles in Omega 55 and Omicron Kappa were another proof of what can be achieved should humans of different factions unite and act as one. The Red Banner welcomes people of all origins and will protect them from any threats, be they of treacherous imperialists of Crete, or enigmatic yet dangerous sentient machines with intent to "harvest" (as it was coined by the zoners) homo sapiens.

Iv view of the abovementioned, the following steps are to be taken:

1. Plesetsk is to be resupplied with repair materials. Personnel injured or killed will be treated and replaced.
   
2. Ships damaged are to be repaired.
   
3. Start a project on practical application of human implant bombs.
   
4. examine the remains of the bigger AI nodes, compare with those previously obtained. Intensify AI research.
   
5. establish official diplomatic relations with Zoner Consensus.
