I once gave Weedalot 100k and a mine dropper for his starflea. Two weeks later he was chasing my Zoner VHF character in Omicron Alpha with a Outcast Destroyer. Lesson learned, do not give Weedalot a mine dropper.

I don't mind helping someone out that I know. And if I see someone and I'm feeling generous, it's no problem.
But when I get begging things - "Can you give me 30 million for a BW Transport?" - except it's not even in good speech, and I have no idea who the hell the character is...

Some Pudge guy said, " Hello sir, Could you be generous and donate some credits for a newb?" And I thought, he asked quite nice and classy instead of what some other guy that said "Yo can you give me some money?" I got the reply " ty " but from Pudge " Thank you sir, I will not forget your generousity" (mispelled?)
I gave that pudge 1 mil, I gave that other guy 100k... hehe
