You need monetary motivation to get involved in Fights?
I have seen lots of fights, that have no monetary rewards, they happen every day.

why would i bring my ship and fight in cortez and potentially have my fun snubfight ruined by caps and/or by people who dont want me having fun (generally speaking) that will do everything in their power to delete all opposition by bringing ScumMobiles™ like it usually happens in discovery
when i could just grab wesker by the hand and have an undisturbed duel in conn
