Sworn Statement: I was by Fort Bush when Mama.Duck came by with contraband. After confronting the captain he docked with Baltimore Shipyard and somehow got rid of the cargo.

I was in New York with a few fellow hunters when there was an accidental weapons discharge involving the modular base Salt Lake Station when a Bustard Class vessel showed up and started giving out about the incident saying we had just attacked his home. Anyway a little while later we caught him threatening a Police Officer by the name of Brian Flanagan at Pittsburgh and then proceeded to fire on him, at which point I intervened and engaged to try and help the police officer survive till backup arrived in the shape of additional officers and my fellow hunters. where soon after his ship was disabled and I left to avoid getting in the way of the rescue operation.

System where the Incident occurred (If possible the sector as well): New York along Fort Bush Manhattan tradelane
Exact Law that was broken: Suspected Piracy (reported to officer by [WM]"Defiance"), Fleeing from an officer when stopped/ordered to stop.
Sworn Statement:

I was on a patrol of the New York system when I was informed by [WM]"Defiance" that they were in pursuit of a Pirate. I immediately commed the suspected pirate on an open channel with an order to cut engines. The ignored the order and continued to fly into the debris field towards the Rochester base. I fired cruise disruptors twice which failed to connect.

My cargo scanner identified the vessel as having Pirate Identification. I am reporting this purely as a warning to the LPI and other law enforcement officers as this pilot appears neutral to us on our IFF system.

Exact Law that was broken: New York, Badlands near Buffalo Base. Unlawful demand of cargo under freelancer ID, Killing Unlawfully whilst operating a Freelancer ID

Operating under BH ID, I was told by Frederick.Flick to drop the Liberty Rogues I have as cargo. When I asked why and told him he was operating under a Freelancer IF he killed me.

This is Captain Yuzuru of the LPS-Elizabeth. I am here to report 2 cases of piracy.

Case 1 - NexialIist

Freelancer NexialIist (the name is spelled with an L and a capital i, not double L) was spotted outside planet Manhattan with 1 Liberty Police Pilot in his hold. The pilot was told to drop the pilot, however he refused to do so and fled towards West Point, and then towards Pennsylvania.
The pilot showed up outside Manhattan again, approximately 7 minutes later, with the LPI pilot still in his hold. And then proceeds to drop the pilot in space, and shoot him. I immediately powered up all weapons and gave the engage order, however the suspect managed to escape through the Colorado jump hole after a long chase. Freelancer [WM]Charles.Edwards who was with me informed me that suspect has also helped the Outcasts in the past, which the suspect himself admitted to. Suspect is guilty of Assault, Possession and murder of Liberty personnel, as well as fleeing when stopped.

Case 2 - Smuggler

Freelancer Iris_Rowen was spotted outside Manhattan hauling 2145 units of Artifacts. The pilot was unfortunately able to dock with the planet before any action could be taken. This incident took place in the 7 minute gap after the previous suspect had left the scene for the first time.

Greetings Police Officers,

I would like to report a vessel, whom is tarnishing the name of a well-known company. This captain flew directly upward in the direction of Planet Manhatten. I was able to get a cargo scan, and an ID scan of the vessel and the captain admitting to the crime.

Sworn Statement: While idling in the Norfolk Shipyard defense grid, I tend to pass time by scanning passing ships. In this case, I found someone carrying a large amount of Black Market armaments.

Sworn Statement: During a chat with Naval officer Adam Watson, we both scanned a ship filled to the brim with artifacts. The ship managed to dock on Fort Bush before we could intercept.
