49 wasn't even supposed to be Nottingham, it was supposed to be New Zealand Holland. I don't think it's intentional, they just haven't given it much thought. It's just a name anyways, can be called Nutella System for all I care, it will be the same.

PS: Tbf, Bretonia currently has no intention to venture into 52 besides punitive expeditions. No interesting free real estate there, just ice. Kind of like the barbarian lands across the Danube/Rhine for the Romans. This is, at least, the stance of the Bretgov, but idk what the devs are intending. I'm sure Steiner wouldn't mind to move the Steiner Estate to the New Zealand system

49 is Exeter, a dev chosen name.
3 is Nottingham, which was voted on in by the BAF|
