You could check, they are still there. Existing configs weren't changed, they're just accessed with different, more concise (I'd like to think) commands.

The new access options are damn nifty. Was about to start regretting not abusing 5ks when I could've, but I think not supplying with a frigate is dishonorable.

It's a little hard to try to figure out what you're trying to say here, but I think you might be misunderstanding these plugin changes.
The basic functionality of being able to set docking access for specific ships, specific IFFs, or to open it for any neutrals is unchanged.
The main change is that you can't whitelist ships that are hostile with the base's IFF, which really never should have been docking there anyway.
Other than that it's pretty much just syntax changes.
Then if for a reason i have an AI Freighter wanting to dock with a Corporate base let's say BMM as those are not really "Enemies" and only "No-Dock" thing, then i can continue to use it without much issue?
Sadly we have no AI IFF actually to bring the lore of those programmed ones or testing puporses or something like it ... it's seem Technocracy blow them out at one time, even if some of AI did not wanted that way.
