I wanted to bring something to your attention - according to assessments from the XRT operating out in the Libero-Bretonian borderworlds, they are reporting that the astronomical trajectory of the Sudbury anomaly we faintly picked up during Ootori's exploration of the Ontario system last year is expected to make impact with Planet Salina in the Coronado system in the coming weeks.

OSINT reports from scientific mailing lists we've been able to subscribe to anonymously suggest it's more likely to hit one of its' moons, but at this point we're not exactly certain. XRT's hypothesizing that this *might* be part of a greater chain of Dom'kavash-related communications or energy transfer - to what ends is anyone's guess. I know we're gearing up to return to Kusari, but.. I fear that if the course continues as is, we might have it entering our neck of the woods sooner rather than later - and god knows what it'll do when it finishes.. whatever in the fuck it's doing.

SITUATION

For the past 5 years, the system of Pennsylvania has been under Libertonian occupation as a result of accusations of Zoner society in the system hosting Hellfire Legion remnants, Insurgents and other counter-government groups. This culminated following the shootdown of a LSF satellite in orbit over Erie, which brought about the termination of the protectorate status of Erie and the greater Pennsylvania system, and installation of a Navy/LPI joint military junta, which has overseen and partaken in countless crimes against humanity and oppressive acts against the denizens of the system in pursuit of corporate profit and exploitation.

As such, CENTCOM has dedicated intelligence, logistics and operational support to forces in the theater, hereafter known as the NAZCA Special Joint AOR. Furthermore, TASKFOR RAMKA has been established, consisting of the OCS Seireka (FFG-01) , OCS Rumako (GBG-03), OCS Rathgrith-II, (GB-05), OCS Yuudachi (FCT-01), OCS Karaage (FCT-02), OCS Kuga (FVB-01) and OCS Manabe (FVB-02), as well as components of the 14FITBOMBDRON 'Notak'.

CENTCOM has deemed it fit to escalate support to the Pennsylvania resistance in solidarity with militant activity beyond the initial employment of TASKFOR RAMKA for direct support of allied troops in contact by saddling 7FITBOMDRON to Notak's 1st and 2nd flights for this campaign. We can further confirm presence of Der Platform, New Dawn, PLF and Ashen Hull, and other paramilitaries in the NAZCA Special Joint AOR.

MAJ Setsuna Kobayashi of Mizurashi Section shall be handling strategic-level command temporarily from the Skidbladnir until relieved by MAJ Jae-un Song at a later date. Tactical directives shall be handled by OCS Seireka commander LT Kyoya Kirigaya, with joint tactical command being overseen by allied commander Siara Solatra, New Dawn Movement. Succession of command shall be detailed further in COMMAND AND SIGNAL section of this order.

MISSION

7FITBOMDRON, pursuant to TASKFOR RAMKA's directives outlined in Directive 732, shall in coordination with elements of TASKFOR RAMKA and allied forces, engage in extensive guerilla warfare campaigns against LIBSECFOR, LIBNAV, and LIBPOLINC forces (hereafter referenced as LIBFOR) within the NAZCA SJ-AOR and possibly within vicinity of the SJ-AOR as needed by CENTCOM or in support of allied troops in contact.

EXECUTION

Priority targets are corporate, LIBFOR and other transports that may be carrying combat supplies not bound for CP PINNACLE or HP HAIFA, logistics satellites and installations, temporary mooring stations, along with their escorts and security detail the latter only if possible). Priority on GMG, Interspace, Ageira, DSE and LIBFOR Merchant vessels. Secondary objectives are to support Ouroboros and allied ISR, PSYWAR and EWAR efforts.

Launch and commit tactics are authorized at your discretion unless otherwise ordered by command. CBRN use is NOT AUTHORIZED AT THIS TIME. The ROE for the OKAZAKI AOR does not apply in this AOR. Engagement of LIBFOR is expressly authorized. However, due to reports of KOI involvement in militant activity, and the delicate situation they find themselves in, all operators in the NAZCA SJ-AOR are to be WEAPONS HOLD W/R/T Kusari Intelligence operators. Do not engage unless engaged.

Furthermore, AUXESIA, XENO ALLIANCE, TASKFOR PROMETHEUS, LOVELACE CIRCLE are to be treated as friendly INDFOR. Intelligence sharing is forbidden unless otherwise advised by CENTCOM. Sustainment will provided via OTV Murasaki, OTV Murakami, and allied logistics operations. Requisition shall be handled by TASKFOR RAMKA CO. Defer all EROs, SROs and MROs to LT Kyoya Kirigaya or his adjutant.

Maneuvers shall be in accordance with guerilla doctrine, to minimize LIBFOR QRF response effectiveness and maximize 'shock & awe' to devastate morale. Priority on operator survival over short-term success in the battlespace.
