These prices are set based on the economic feasibility and demand for this resource at the station itself. It could not be that we did not have enough credits and offered another way of payment, if it is not agreed in advance. Our station did not conclude such agreements with you. We sell weapons at a set price or make them to order, having concluded a preliminary contract. There is not a single person on the station's staff. The entire system is controlled by the Autonomous Control System (ACS). All the personnel you see are androids under its control.
