You will find you are rather wrong in your assumption
Kusari is basically japan during the "Modern world" occupation, back then Samurai (Blood dragons (NOT THE KNF) the knf are not samurai, where VERY sexist, you will also find the GC and BD relationship is not as "tight" as everyone assumes it to be.
Sure we help the GC, but when push comes to shove... they wont be getting the power they want when the current Kusari emperor is over thrown.
So you will find no, there wont be many if any woman flying for the blood dragons.

I had a good experience with the ]bd[ yesterday, good bunch of people and they didn't shoot my trader before talking like most pirates do. We ended up having quite a long conversation whilst I was sitting on a quick dock, and when I coughed up some cash (of my own behest), I had it returned to me.
I endorse this faction being in Kusari. Good addition to roleplay on the bad side, and makes a change from the outcast hordes now seen in Kyushu with unfortunately, monotonous regularity.
But now I have to find a new trade route:(

I assume Dragons like GMG/Kishiro a lot more than outcasts. In fact, Dragons hate outcasts. Would you assist GMG/Kishiro against outcast, who try to pirate them? If yes, then why not move outcasts to hostile and attack everywhere in Kusari if they dare to show up? They are the worst of all possible gaijins, since they produce/distribute cardamine.
GC would not like it, but Dragons are... old fashioned male showinist pigs? So why care about GC too much, helping each other against KNF/KSP should be enaugh. Plus ( I am not sure if I remember correct what i saw in Open SP) GC now produce Cardamine in their guard system.
If no, I do not see why GMG/Kishiro should keep that secret support in full amount and then you should somehow demonstrate lack of finances, by cuting your shiplist to Dragon fighters/starfliers only.
I doubt NovaPG aka RoS will do it, so all hopes on you :)

Well, for now I think it will either remain neutral or unfriendly. The outcasts want to overthrow Kusari too you know.
If relations turn really bad, then we will go hostile. Otherwise...
