Ill buy a transport... Is it OORP for a dragon to use the Big Dragon Kusari Transport? I wouldn't think so... just getting some opinions.

They should be able to use it without an issue. Isn't it the equivalent of Rheinland unlawfuls using the Behemoth? It makes sense, too - why would they want to use ugly foreign ships?
