As for Dusty, I am confident in him. He'll do fine I think. For Athenian, well. We don't have similar visions about a few things, but I think your personality is fitted to fulfill the job in an impartial manner. So I voted yes to both of you.
Now, what ever is the outcome of this vote (acceptation or rejection). Stay who you are, don't start to act as if you were in a superior or inferior cast here. Plus, don't forget to treat others in ways that would make your mother be proud of ya all. And also, don't forget or negate your past relations with other disco members, keeping your mates is like keeping your happiness.
Respect, tact, polite manners, impartiality, moral sense, logical sense and courtesy are the key elements:)
Same elements for the mods as well, I do believe you'll all do a fine job as mods here.
