This is Mercenary Captain Relden,

The starting amount is: 5 million credits per fighter per hour, 10 million credits per gunboat per hour, 15 million credits per cruiser per hour, and 20 million credits per battleship per hour. Our current avalibilty is: Commander Demo, one Anubis (ooc: I think... might be the upgraded version though) fighter and soon one Osiris battleship. Captain Relden, one Raven's Talon fighter, one Liberty cruiser, soon one Theinland Bomber, and the Mercenary flagship (Hacker Spyglass). Prices look reasonable. Here is the SA bid we wish to rent, for 1 hour, four vessels to be used at our discretion at a time and date of our choosing. The vessel types are 1 BS, 1 Cuiser, and 2 fighters (ooc: wanted GB but Demo mentioned in-game you do not have one yet). Price for this, per your list, is 45 million. In addition, the SA wishes to place you on retainer so will pay half (22.5) up front to place these vessels on call. Upon completion of 1 hour of service will release the other half.
