Battleship near both NY Gate and Oita JH in ellesmere.
And you make all bases in alaska Navy Guard.
Most of those going through there are smugglers. It will not stop them, but it might reduce the problem since they will have to get neutral with navy guard, the order and the corsairs, or they will get killed by NPCs or in case of the corsairs, will be unable to get their valuable shipment. And only the corsair rep can be bribed, since order and navy have no bribe.
And dont say that guard bases shouldnt be out of guard systems, Schatten base is a RM Guard base and its in Frankfurt. And it does similar stuff to what the LN do in alaska aka top secret research.

You can put ten navy or order battleships in Alaska, i assure you it will do nothing. it's called repfixing on the smugglers behalf you lolwut whiners. Go play the game or go elsewhere.

I don't see the problem of asking a navy goon like me to buy the weapons for them. I'd gladly do it.
However I am opposed to private systems so yeah. Works in eve not so good in FL.
But to make my point again, if you need guns and am prepared to pay me tips I'll get em for you.

What does any of this have to do with getting guns?
Its not a 'private' system, its a bloody restricted area. No one should go through Z21 in the first place, let alone even GET to Alaska, in fact, Alaska doesn't even (officially) exist, yet there are lolwutting idiots going around like there's nothing wrong, THAT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN!
Going through Alaska is like attempting to go through Area 51.
And it makes no RP sense whatsoever.

I've been on guard in the Z21 alot in my young months of being in the LSF, and I must say no matter how loud i shout nothing will change unless admin make a extended effort to isolate the Z21 area and Alaska from the Civilians.
So all in all, Ether mount your TCD's and shoot all of them down, OR find worthly RP'ers to play with and let the OORP run mad doing whatever they please.
My suggestion is making a sanction, on the grounds of OORP, it's not hard to do, other OORP violations are punished. I see not why this shouldn't ether.

Make a new faction, some Navy Guard 2, with no repfixing by missions or shooting NPCs, only with Ninja rep ID. Then, place a battleships Navy G2 in Z21, and 1 in Alaska. And boom the traders.

The path to riches doesn't exist as anyone found in the Z21- Alaska area in RP wouldn't be alive or have contact with the outside world after the LSF gets ahold of you.

I think anyone spotted in Alaska, or trying to breach the Zone 21 Mine Field should either be shot on sight by the navy, or have a screen shot placed on the bounty forum. Also anyone speaking of zone 21 should be silenced. Feel free to call upon Amadeus to do this.;)
