Arky isn't coming back. He told me himself. Or at least, I extremely doubt he will come back.
I'd be happy to take control of the faction again, would give more to do for the community and I want to be more active in Rheinland. Obviously with a new character of course, considering Frederick Belz is lost to the RFP.

I would be happy if someone really takes care of the RFP.
Be sure to know what you are doing there. Its hard work to get it running and even harder to make it interesting.
I really hope you manage it.

ok. here's the deal.
Arkantos left me in charge. But, I can't properly lead the RFP, let alone revive it due to a lack of time. I doubt Arkantos will ever be back. The current situation is very undesirable.
So, you have my blessing to take over command from me. I know there are RFP players who want their faction back and I will most certainly not deprive them of that because I don't have time to sort it all out.
So, get building ( on a new character please :P) and the RFP is all yours. Give it some love an' life.
If Arky shows up, you can debate amongst yourselves who gets to do what.

btw, arty promissed to be back in one or two weeks, sometimes there are more importent things than online games (only heard that, i dont beleave it ^^), well after xoria let rheinland die, most faction dissapeared, now after dusty gave it life back, the RFP and LWB didnt realy show up again.

- Make a brand new faction status post with a whole new layout. Truth is, we used Monk's old one because we had no idea how to make anything better. But times have changed, and I can give it a new image.
- Get rid of the RFP forum idea immediately. Private forums never work out, because no one ever bothers to check them.
- Skype should be a manditory requirement. I have found it to be crucial to the coordination and organization of a good faction.
- Another roll call.
- Actually update the member list...

Oh, and I would not accept Sheppys leadership, nothing against him, but his plot wasnt funny, and he held a grudge for pretty long, so do I.
But as i said, i still count on Arky.

Back then, you could still call me a semi-lolwut. My new personality (my current one) was still evolving. I am different now. And of course I would hold a grudge that the faction I worked a long time on, put a lot of money (at the time, I saw it as a lot) into was taken away from me. Wouldn't you?

You can take over from me IF it benefits the RFP. I purposly did not mention the tiff between you and Arky. Nor do I care. What I want is the RFP to have an active leader who leads the faction in a good way.
I kindly ask you to leave grudges at the door. Let alone let the faction suffer because of it.
Sort it out amongst yourselves if you must. but don't let the RFP bleed for it.

If you get a solid playerbase we make a Rheinland lawfull emergency chat via Skype.
I just hope the unlawfull activity goes up and I am not talking about a swarm of [RB].
