The BHG don't have high ranking officers. We do have Guild Masters, which are figureheads we yell at to bully people when we need tactful diplomacy.
Apart from that, it's a good, logical idea. Why hasn't anyone done so already?

Our posts were post-"BHG and Order Chill Zone", and posted without reference to anything but that which is posted in the aforementioned "BHG and Order Chill Zone" and thus are irrefutably on-topic.
