Anyway, Kishiro could use alot of work. Currently, no-one really likes them due to their... nature. It seems in Kusari, they are the victims of Samura, FA and the Hogosha. More RP is needed to balance this out.

I have had to contend with a rather hasty sale of my house and move as well as some unexpected issues that are finally coming to a close.
As i see that you have moved forward and have admin backing I will step aside and let you move forward with this.
