AW vessels should not be docked in Liberty, apart from pirate bases. SA should not be docked in Omicron Theta. Its as simple as that. I'd expect the admins to check both sides for system camping with the same ruthlessness.

Basically you said what I was trying to get through to Oso. We can only dock in bases hostile to Liberty Navy in Liberty systems. Liberty is part of SA's ZoI, so we cannot dock anywhere but bases hostile to them.
We can't even dock Cali Minor, since its neutral to Liberty Navy, and through that, neutral to SA.
Zoner bases are friendly/allied to AW however, not hostile. If there were a Liberty Navy base in our ZoI, I would not complain the least bit about them using it. Heck, I wouldn't complain if they used a LN base with 10k of Freeport 9. I would probably argue about the RP of it, and what possible reason there could be for its existence.. But I wouldn't argue about SA using it.
I'd say the only ways AW could stay in a LN system is if there is A.) A base hostile to LN, or B.) A Zoner base. Since there are no Zoner bases, that means we have to use only pirate bases.
For SA to dock in our ZoI, they would have to have A.) Liberty Navy base, B.) Bounty Hunter base (we're hostile to sso| therefor BHG bases [sorta]), or C.) Nomad base they are somehow able to dock on..

I have a question. For example. Is it system camping if a Helghast member is staioned at Crete and thats where the enemy SCRA is usually at?

No, since SCRA is not Corsair, but Coalition. They use Corsair tag (I think) but its not in their ZoI. If Crete were in their ZoI, then it probably would be system camping to dock there, but since its not you'd be fine docking it.

Dab, bit of research please ... SCRA use Xeno tags, and Nova you should be doing your own work for your own
faction, not relying on other people, you may make a decision based on the wrong information.

And yes, Crete is hardly in our ZoI. start going west from there, and you'll run into it though.

Yeah, after those 4-5 huge systems that takes 20 minutes to cross. War-thread derailment incoming!
