If I was a Junker, Junker players demanding my scrap would kinda piss me off. But, hey, scrap mining makes money now! Yay! Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Dusty Lens - 11-02-2009 Scrap
Quote:Vierland Prison, Hamburg Best places to currently mine are New London and New Berlin. Other fields are reduced. You can still mine in Liberty but the output will be somewhat muted. Target goal is 1000 scrap in 2 minutes for Junker/ALG TAG/ID players with the appropriate Ship/mining laser. http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=28522 Full details. The scrap system will still be expanded. This is beta stage for this commodity. Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Bazza - 11-02-2009 If I may make a suggestion regarding Culebra: Change the selling price so that with Texas's current drop rates it equals out to about the same credit/time ratio as the other routes. Remember that the radiation in the *negra fields take a big bite out of ships. Anything durable enough to collect a full hold will come back with a few hundred k's worth of damage. Culebra and Viqeues form a big part of my roleplay as a career Junker. I can assure you my status, as a result of these changes to scrap metal collection, is set to STOKED.:) Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Dusty Lens - 11-02-2009 I'm glad. I'll see what I can do. It might need to wait until the next update due to its very close proximity to a working scrap field adjacent to a guard system though. Pull some strings with the powers that be and set up contracts to clean the Texas incident and begin the rebuilding of the system. Throw in some (highly) explosive gas clouds, random spots of extreme radiation and Junker Patrols with a salvager as the leader and watch the sparks fly.:D Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Exsiled_one - 11-02-2009 Want a field in Honshu? blow up Osaka storage facility ;) Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Dab - 11-02-2009 ' Wrote:Want a field in Honshu? blow up Osaka storage facility ;)FIRE TEH LAZER! Seriously though, something does need done about Osaka, as the station has no purpose at the moment, since Samura is no longer part of the H-fuel market.. I'll think on the matter, and talk with the Samura peoples. Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Eichenschild - 11-02-2009 Woooohooo! Guess I`ll have to buy a Golem Mover, finally. Looking forward to Clean up! Thanks.:) Attention Everyone - Scrap Mining - Navarone - 11-03-2009 Got some scrap to pick up... Stay outta the way. I tried mining in New London in my Salvager, 2 mining turrets and Junker Id and the drop was low (2-10) and sometimes nothing. Gained about 100 in 2 minutes. Then flew to BPA in Manchester who are offering $2 per scrap!! I is a bit confused |
