De Cruz, we actually Don't plan on operating in Omicron Alpha, we actually want to operate in Bretonia, We're just waiting until we reach about 10 members, which is somewhat difficult to do, because everytime we reach about 5 members, somebody feels that it's time to /ragequit Disco Q.Q
And, We know that it would be an absolute mistake to attack Nomads, which is why it HASN'T been declared to the Outcast commonwealth that we don't like them, at all. We're planning to do so AFTER our return from Bretonia.
EDIT: I believe that De Cruz took offense when I stated that the SOB was becoming In-active, and Dnicu took offense because he's mad I filed a sanction report against him.

A few extra thoughts.... the nomad part could use a bit of work or more flushing out to alleviate people concerns or confusion.And De Cruz does have a valid point about caps. Perhaps a statement more clearly stating the use of the capital ships would help.
FYI: The longer that statement is up their the more it irritates me. As your friend I'm telling you to take it down.

You made me hate you, from the day you opened your mouth ti'll the sanction. You you you... Ive seen the chatlogs, i dont care if the "truth" is twisted. But you can just take your vendetta somewere else.
back to topic:
Though being "outcast" and not liking nomads is contradicting... why cant you just realise that Outcasts "love" nomads, and if you DONT like'em your not an outcast. Then you arent permitted to use our capital ships and weapons without the ministy's permission.
Id also like to point out that its NOT so hard to get members. It depends on the leader, and i heard all your folks quit... and the one that joined EA was kicked didnt he? That says alot about the leader. I think your main problem here is, YOU. You demand too much, set to high goals and start things too "advanced" thus you get into a pinch. There is no way you can be counted as outcast if you throw dirt in the names of outcast factions/clans and hate nomads...
So far, READING what YOU have written, you clearly state all the facts anyone here need to conclude that your not "outcast" your just using the ID as it fits you.
Now please, READ your own faction bio. TALK with your members... and be more active yourself before blaming others to be inactive

Bretonia you say... we already have problems enough with the so called "outcast lolwutters" in Liberty, why bother the bretonians too??
About the nomads... think very well even before declaring that...
Word of advise, why do not use pirate ID or Merc ID and freelancer IFF since you guys dont like nomads like REAL Outcasts.

But I was quickly brought back in. Oh well.
Real outcasts or not. She simply wants to roleplay something different. Try to make a change in the government, or not. Don't bang on that. Who knows, it could be a bit of fun. Maybe Outcast against Outcast in a revolution. Sounds like a blast. Outcasts curently is like a monotone. Go kill Corsairs. Then kill CR and IMG. Simple repeats in raids. Don't you guys think you need a bit of action?

Get it right. It said in the log she was getting him sanctioned because 1. She didn't like him from the get go, 2. He was breaking the rules, and 3. Because it pissed me off she was doing that.
Unoriginal, liar, flamer, wreck less use of the sanction system for personal entertainment, and probably still brooding about how the Commonwealth slaughtered her last faction idea because of how ridiculously stupid it was.

P.S. This is on topic. When considering a faction you have to consider the leader as well. I'm considering her and speaking some truths that I have come to know about her. She copied my work and refuses to change her document until my work doesn't seem infringed upon. I don't care if she believes that I should be crap happy about being copied or not, the fact is I'm not happy about it. She also lied about why exactly she sanctioned my friend dnicu over there and I take up for my friends and highly dislike bold faced liars. Other than that, just stating some cold hard facts.
