Can you send a memo to the LWB when you do so? I have an overwhelming desire to shoot some Outcast Tridents with our RPC. Or atleast my Thor - it should be able to handle things well.

Outcasts think they can go anywhere, sadly, this is one of the main attractions to the faction - a massive ZOI.
Yes, I've seen RHs in NY. Outcasts infront of Planet New Berlin, and I'm not amused.
It's not about the rules, it's about whether people read them or not.
