Go for it. Even if you don't approve of it, it's not something that really bothers you (I've been here for ages and I've never once met that char in space), and well frankly if I was the sort of person who would get outraged at you playing as Edison Trent I'd want to kill myself.

anyway, honestly, i have no problem with you playin trent, but as far as scripting and lines go, you have to do it in a more beleivabe manner O.o
read some of your rp letters with the blood dragons,, and a few of them wernt convincing at points that you know your character well enough. put more time into what you want to say and dont restate yourself too much, dont restate old details too much, dont invent new ones after fact.. then it should be fine. only other thing i can add,
is that trent seemed to take the role of the Go to guy,m he had alot of confidence, spoke with confidence, was quick witted and had cheesy dialogue (the kind we all loved from that area of entertainment)
follow that and it'll be perfect:D
anyway, thats it for constructive criticism. only other thing i can suggest, is that you make an alt, get a pirate train, and follow Edison_Trent around with it till he makes another character D:
