"homeworld" replacements - Tenacity - 04-01-2010
I like them, my only suggestion is that when these replacements go through, the 'useless' / 'cheap' homeworld ships get buffed up to mk2 equivalents.
For example, the Gitano is a pretty crappy light fighter, barely on par with the mk 1 vanilla light fighters, nobody uses it for that reason. Buff it up to mk 2 level so it's capable against the 'real' ships being used by everyone else, and we'll see it a lot more.
Also, you forgot the waran =)

Civilian ships: Add a engine to it, in your description, it seems like those ships won't produce any flames:(impedes the immersion I believe.
Bulldog: I do like the asymmetrical one, but make the wings symmetrical.
Overall, extremely nice work, simple, efficient, pretty looking.

Why can't Junker ships be ugly? I can't speak for random people who use the Junker tag to pirate in Kusari Explorers, but I fly as a Junker (when I fly at all) because I love the CSV's artistic style. And junk itself. More "ugly" welded-together piles of scrap, please!

the renzu line is still being done by sasaki? - haven t heard of him for some time. - but its good to know indeed ( saves a lot of work ) - i ll spare out the renzu ships then and focus on the others - so Ki, Saishi, Touketsu, Anki, and Wasupu won t be proceeded at that point.

I love the Ki,its done really well. Too bad you won't proceed further with it.
I don't know whether to like or hate the asymmetrical one.
As far as the others are concerned,I like the way Gitano has been done. Can't wait to see them with textures on!

I agree with this. Junker ships should look more like flying balls of scrap and parts of other ships with random massive lasers poking out.
Heck, look at the Salvager. Its missing panels, rusting, and up close its burns the eyes. You look at all of it, its a beautiful ship with a purpose.
