Capships named "Dolomite". I went trough about three already, saving up for the fourth one. Oh, and LPI Ships. I want everything from SWAT bombers, to armoured transports.

I collect random commodities and keep them until my ship gets blown to bits. The most often seen ones are the usual - 1x Food Rations 1x Water 1x Oxygen 1x Side Arms
EDIT: Oh... and 1x Gold ofcourse !!!

In a similar way to mwerte I collect pictures of ranting, crying, raging miners right after getting blown.

I also collect pictures of oorp yet funny situations
