None of them are meant to look 'the good guys'. Both Hispanic factions have good reasons to do bad things, as do many other pirates.
There are no good guys, and no bad guys here, it seems.

In the Beta, I do believe that Bretonia should have access to the Havoc MK2 Bomber. As the RP goes for that ship it was jointly created by Liberty and Bretonia for use in their spheres of influence.
