It makes an ideal place for meetings. An abandoned platform for example, or one owned by Bundschuh/Unioner sympathizers. Its also within 20 kilometers of Bruchsal. Plus the Bundschuh already have some pull there. During SP, you meet with the Bundschuh-Order agent on the planet.

I'll change the infocard to Allies: None, like in Vanilla. That will give you more freedom in forming alliances.
However note that there's hardly a place for Unioners in the Corsair coalition, cause they have good relations with Liberty Rogues and Bundschuh. They reside in one system with a LR base, and are patrol paths between bases of two factions. Also, according to Vanilla empathy stats, they are friends with Rogues and most of the Rheinland pirates.
