Some chaos in Liberty today.
Was running through it together with some Navy Officers, as well as Hellcat and some Durandel, found some people to shoot at.
Shot at a Barghest for some time.
He was fleeing to California, where three Navy Officers stepped on his toes as well, then back to New York.
Of course, one of the Navy guys got the "final nail" upon him.

Circumstances: I happened to find this guy sitting on the trade lane between Norfolk and West Point. As soon as he saw me he ran off, but with a little bit of time and work I managed to pin him down. The entire time he was shifting between running and firing his Supernova at me, so he was a fairly easy target. Pretty sneaky though, he almost got home.

Circumstances: I'll give you the brief version. I see an Outcast Switchblade near Fort Bush, kill it with little difficulty. Then there's a Hacker Sabre, and it takes me an hour to kill him by the seat of my pants. Switch over to California, and I find 4 Rogues pirating. I manage to nail one as they all scramble. Then I go through Ontario and pick up another Rogue (both factionalized) as it runs for its life.
