I have decided to name the company Eclipse Interstellar until further changes.

recruiting by then, via private messaging.

The only concern I have is the fact that on this server (and in most cases in real life) once you choose a side and start killing them, you won't ever work for the side you shot at.
That especially goes for Kusari. You shoot them, they'd die before hiring you to help them. Though they'd prefer to kill you first.

Cleverly pointed out, this has bothered me for the last few days...
This problem would really be an obstacle in the way of such a company,
unless the eclipse interstellar remains employed by one house and one
house only.
In short, if we cant overcome this problem or go around it we cant operate
as currently planned.
So, i advice everyone to post their opinion and possible solution on this matter.

The solution is simple: Just start working, get a good contract, work for that house, and in the future, if some other contract becomes available, negotiate.
After all, you're a mercenary. So you shot at Liberty. They know first hand how good you are. And it's all business, nothing personal.
