Lane Hackers and Rogues are welcome in Dublin since Mollys invited them over. =) It is nothing to do with Liberty police...
And again: no, no foreign police in Dublin.
You will not get respect from my IMG| chars because you just do not belong there.
I guess this will be a frustrating experience to be caught in a situation that is tricky everywhere,flying the weakest dhip in the whole sector and screaming "Hey, I'm new, shoot me (for some reason that can be found in Dublin easily)".

Exhange programs generaly mean the visiting cops are under command by the local cops and follow their orders.
they just follow their lead to see how it's done, and to gain experiance of how its done.
So jack your point is invalid in my opinion.
Even though I think this can only be done by the Offical faction police.
Indies would make a mess out of it, even though some know what they are doing.

Police exhange as an act against piracy is something different as sending in military support.
But who knows what might happen.

Wrong in a crucial point: there are no police in Dublin. For a good reason. And so there are no BPA officers to command the Liberty Police officers.
I mean... try it. It will be just another messy day in Dublin, one in which a few more foreign blue messages are displayed. =)
