I'm not far from a max cargo one on my civ trader. I.e. first out of two newb characters.

your call. personally i wouldn't take advices from someone who's banned from creating a faction for 3 months and within his time here got 2 or 3 factions bastilled. if this happens, something is obviously wrong. again - your call.

Already applied for the VF, was thinking of just asking the new factions.
