I want to remind you, that we still need bombers in our fleet. Its quet seriouse problem, cause bomber can act, when using capital ship is 100% suicide. Excuses like: I dont know, how to fly on it and fight- not accepteble. If you dont have any expirience in using bomber, just let me know it in privat talk. There is nothing to be hesitate- skills can be gained only in fights and trainings. So Im waiting new bombers in 212th.

Today, I want to inform you about our new posebal alie and partner. Blue Lotus Sindicate are developing and increasing thier activity in transporting necessary parts for ship build, fleet maintenance, research materials and resupply. As they working undercower, their ships has no Outcasts ID and IFF. Im ordering to any 212th ship- do not make any obstacle for them. All sindicate transports has [BLS] tag, Smugler ID and Freelancer IFF.
If you see, in your opinion strange BLS ship, send report about it here, we'll check it.
So keep in mind- BLS are ours, but undercower.

Now, when we have more information, We can inform you all. You all may see ships with =MR- taggs. The new regulation is: do not engage them, unles they showing direct hostility to you. They arent enemy of Outcast Nation, so they arent our enemies. Pleas, avoid any posebal conflicts.
Second regulation. We had lots of enemies, bloody, durty canibals has lots of enemyes to. Lots of their enemies are in low activity. Lots, but not all. Red Hessians has same goal as we have- eleminate Sairs.
212th HC see nothing against their plans about Omegas and Rheinland terretory and we have no itrests there. So the regulation: cooperate with Red Hessians forces while raiding gamma. Do not enter into Omegas systems with capital ships, unless, situation reques such actions, or Red Hessians requesting help against sairs caps.
We hope, that we can rebuild our relations with Red Hessians. Together, we can defeat our bloody enemy.
Also, I want to cancle one of prewiouse regualtion. Now, capital ship captains can decide their own about weaponry of their capital ship.
