The Game informer article confirmed that is not James Sanders.

Oops.

Fixing now, thanks Andrew!

This game will be fantastic, providing they find a good balance between RPG and shooter and your actions from previous games actually have largely noticeable consequences. Can't wait. Must break into Bioware offices...

Looking at the EA E3 press conference right now via life stream.

ME 3 is announced for March 6th 2012.

SPOILER ALERT! DON'T READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU WAN'T TO DISCOVER THINGS YOURSELF!

So far it looks good. I saw Garrus, Liara and Legion. Your universal tool can be used as close combat weapon,
and you can use heavy weapon systems mounted on vehicles. A combat designer played a short demo. Right now they show some other games.

[color=#FFFFFF]N'joy kids. You'll finally have a game to play with those useless kinects

Anyway for me this is the last chance that Bioware has to redeem itself from those ridiculous last releases.

Analysis of what's seen on E3 by me:

The first levels of the game will likely be on Earth being captured, in the end ultimately retaking it/frakking it up

The SR-2 is reassigned to the Alliance . ( i suppose since it has been repainted Blue, and the same coloured Kodiaks have that designation) Possibly receiving interior overhaul as well.

You will get to cure the genophage

You will get to give the Quaren their homeworld.

Weapons seem pretty much the same as in ME2 I don't expect any shocking differences. Which is good. Creates the feeling of the same universe not just choosing a new design every time.

You shoot at what looks like a Batarian husk meaning that the batarians might have already been raped by the REPURS!

Omni-tool blade (meeeeh) and quick kills

Usage of stationary weapons and a reel-shooter lever

Good ol' open spaces return

Here are some captures to confirm my words.
