I've fought with RoS on many occasions, as a Liberty Rogue, and can honestly say i have yet to experience these qualities. That is, of course, if they even exist.

I have been in formation with someone on several occasions and noticed that if they pull away from me with thrusters my cruise engines almost immedietly engage if do not also thrust. does this mean that i am running from combat?

yep that it does, why WOULD you be formed in a fight anyway???? it dont make sense, you would not fly autopilot when being shot at, because that would get you killed

I have two engines there fore there would be two signs of engine wash, but there is only one SMOKE trail indicateing thrust. I thought you played before?

so we have established that one can go into cruise while in a fight (being in formation is not against the rules while fighting) without fleeing.

I thought you played before?Actually, it shows an engine trail, not a smoke trail. Looking closely, its obvious. Zoom in with paint even. You were in cruise, just barely, and then OPG was as well. Juan was WATCHING as your cruised away. You can lie to others, and even yourself, but you can't lie to a witness.

Rules are quite clear, you do NOT get to stay in the fight if you get into cruise (the timer counts to 100% startup and your cruise engine turns on) and no one chases you or disrupts you. I think the 4k distance of Scorn and OPG speaks for itself.
