It's Rheinland. It is spelled that way in-game. It is spelled that way in German.

Koeln will come in 4.86, but that is Köln in Germany:D

It's just 40% of the planned game concept;)Maybe that's why they scrapped German letters like ö, ü, and ä and inserted Russian fonts instead:D

since most here dun have A Ö and Ü on the keyboard we spell it international

Ä = ae
Ö= oe
U = ue

at first the disco mod dun supports this letters and second most of the guys here wont be able to type them correctly ingame.

Good point ... but ...
1. I can't even say what the Russian (or kyrillic, to be more precise) letters are when I press one of ö, ü and ä! It's quite annoying ...:D
2. Why Koeln and not Cologne if Munich and planet Nuremburg exist?;)
