All you need do is direct yourself to the Bowex recruitment center under the Faction forums.
Send an application in a self addressed and stamped envelop, along with your bank account information, your mother's maiden name, details of your first intimate encounter including who/what with, proof that you weren't sired by Zoners (only the Captain of the Darby was exempt from that rule and we are still regretting it), and lastly a signed copy of form 813-1 releasing Bowex from all responsibility of any injuries incured during the hazing ritual and yer in!
