Why should any lawful factions have their own ID?
To my knowledge the only reason the phantoms, novapg etc got one is because none of the ingame faction ID's fitted.
They were unique one-time-only exceptions.
The only player faction I can think of who might need/deserve their own ID is the SCRA, but thats because their RPing as a faction from starlancer.

well, all the factions that have there own ID's have them because they are great rp people, and have been on the server for a very long time (I thought AW wasn't a faction anymore, and i'm not sure how long Keepers has been a faction).

Keepers are a relatively new faction. But their RP has been planned for many months..

the aw is stilll here, even if you dont see much of em. however, in the case of the keepers, dont forget all the efforst of yuri, all he did to make the keepers a successful faction, up and running on this server. due to the fact that nomads are very much part of freelancer, in such huge proportions, it seems better that the keepers get a unique id, because they arent just nomads, but the guardians of the nomads. check the rp thread of the keepers for more info. this has been discussed so much, im surprised it hasnt been drilled into the back of yer heads..

is it me, or are you deliberately looking for a slap?
the NovaPG was given the id, because of its rep on disco. a rep which was set in place long before you came here, and because the previous leader (bas/intoxication/vtec) had put n a personal request for it, a request that was granted.
the AW doesnt have any admins in it. why do they have a AW id then? watch your words next time, or a flame war may just burst like a water balloon stretched beyond its capabilities, and im in no mood for showing any more hostile intentions..
EDIT: well, the aw has korrd, but hes literally gone inactive big time, so not really considered:P
