Another problem, which came in my mind:
You'll ran as smuggler to the westfalen. Maybe you get killed, but you/your escort can also kill some RM/RFPs, you can reenter the system (rules and so on), the death Rheinland force can't. Sure, there are more than some players, but at anytime, everyone was killed and you can continue without disturbance.
