There will be a few new News articles scattered about relating to commodity additions, providing additional information to what will be found in the commodity infocards themselves. I also plan to have some News for House capital ships and some sort of "brochure" for Ageira and Daumann Light Arms product lines - if there's time to get them done. Come on. This is why the developers tend not to push out updates like this, people QQ about things they announce. When 4.86 goes live you'll be able to read all about those commodities.
