While I highly doubt I've run into AC Merc in game (who knows, 'cause I sure as hell don't), he's done great on the forums to make sure properly set up factions come about to the server and, by doing that, he can also be a good administrator too. He's done a ton on the boards being a moderator and overall he doesn't seem too ambitious for power.
With that, the vote is yes.

Seems like a good enough bloke. Congrats to him.
However, BULLDOGNK was synonymous with the server laws and their inforcement. He gave people the fear of sanction more than anyone else. Either someone else needs to adopt this persona, or, as I have believed for a long time, a Judge organisation should be set up to assist server law inforcement.

AC Merc helped me a lot when I started in RepEx. Mellow and patient. Always had a positive attitude.

dunno - its mostly up to him, i daresay. being admin leaves less time to play and more time to do serious stuff. - and since it is purely voluntarily .... well. if AC_merc wants to do it, fine by me.

From the number of players I see online when I am on the server, it appears that the number of players on the server is double what it was when I joined a few months ago.
If anything, I think we could use two or three more admins, and a few more moderators on the forum also.
As this community grows, the administration team needs to grow with it, and the same goes for the tasks that have to be delegated to the community's leadership.
So, I hope we will see a couple more of these threads for members being selected to leadership positions in the very near future.
